I don't know why everyone has beef with Waffle House?!?! I love Waffle House, the service is always fast, very nice, and the food is good... It's breakfast food, it's always good. What do you other yelpers want? It's cheap, fast, and good food I think we all need to step back and see if this place is really all that bad. The kids and I love Waffle House and go ever Sunday. Try it for yourself before you believe all the bad reviews.

Should Waffle House ever get better than a 2 star rating? I mean... really... No matter how yummy the food is when you're wasted or hungover or how great the service is... it's still Waffle House - you're always going to experience something better somewhere else. This time it was relatively clean... there weren't creepy men staring at me... the food was good n' greasy... and the refills on coffee kept coming. Also the bill was like 15 bucks for two of us. Waffle House... always a good option for a hangover... never anything else :-)

If I could give less than one star I would!! Went there last night after a concert and it took half an hour just to get drinks!!!! We all ordered either the all star special or an omelet and nobody got the correct order. The food was cold. Nobody even got their waffle!!! It's freaking Waffle House!!! Then our waitress was rude and stood around while several customers didn't even get waited on or asked their drink orders. Only one person was actually working and I felt bad for him while the other two morons stood around simply complaining the entire time. By far the worst Waffle House I've ever been to. Will NEVER be going back!!

Best Feature: Um... they have food. Worst Feature: Awful service, uninviting interior, food quality is average. It's rare I ever give a location only one star, but this restaurant earned it. I visited here recently during a late night trip home and was so turned off by the entire experience that I have sworn to not return again. First off, the diner itself is not very well kept. The interior is uninviting and there was astonishing few seating areas. We were lucky to snag the only booth that had just opened up when we walked in, which had clearly not been cleaned at all. Despite the mess, we took a seat and began to peruse the menu. The menu selection itself is decent; they have sandwiches, salads, burgers, and breakfast foods including hash browns, toast, eggs, and more. The one highlight of the evening was noticing they mark dishes and ways in which you can eat a healthier meal, which is super helpful! Our waitress was not impressive. She was able to take our drink orders and nicely wiped off the booth for us, but clearly she didn't enjoy her job. She brought over our orders rather quickly (which was nice), and I immediately realized you pay for exactly what you get. The prices are lower than the usual, but the portions are really small as well. I was not impressed and luckily not hungry, so I ate my buttermilk waffle. I was surprised when the waitress came over with most of our order but failed to bring over syrup for both of our waffles or the remainder of the meal for 10 minutes. She didn't bother to come over and check on us, so we actually got up and stole syrup from another table. She finally came back with the last of the meal, so we finished our food and waited for the check. We luckily didn't have to wait too long, but I left with no desire to return. The food is not impressive, the portions are poor, and the service left something to be desired. Since the place is not inviting and not very well-kept, I doubt I'll ever return here again. I've heard before that the Waffle House is really trashy, and my first visit definitely bolstered the credibility of those poor reviews. I've had better and I'm willing to spend a few extra bucks for better food and service.

It's uh well Waffle House? Greasy, smokey, filled with drunks and tweeked out truckers. Still it's one of the few sit down places at 3 am in the morning and when you are drunk this place looks like Ritz. Still I would never go here if I had better options available.

Hey its a Waffle House. What do you expect? So when my Wife said lets go to WH for a late Friday dinner. I said sure Something cheap & greasy. We were greeted with a hello when we entered. Our Server Noticed it was Freezing cold when she asked for our drink orders. She got the AC turned down. Wife ordered Breakfast I ordered lunch it was 9:30P. Service was good food was Cheap and greasy. Actually we return on our way home at midnight for a Carry out desert. I guess you call us Hi Rollers!
